The Puerto Rican Bar Association would be privileged to have Betty Lugo serve as President-Elect for the upcoming term. She has a vast amount of experience, not only as a trial attorney, but in leadership positions in other Bar Associations, which provide her with a unique ability to network and promote the PRBA in new and creative ways. With  her knowledge, resources, and dedication to the organization, the PRBA is sure to prosper under her leadership. As such, I fully endorse, without reservation, Betty Lugo to serve as my President-Elect for 2014-15.
